We: review your purchase/booking, confirm and provide an online consultation questionnaire to understand more about your keepsake film (1 business day)

Complete Questionnaire
You: complete the consultation questionnaire

Approve Questionnaire
We: review, approve and confirm questionnaire details (1 business day)

Filming Arrival
We: show up to your event's location in advance to set up (if applicable)

Event Regroup
You: ensure we have the latest event details: timing, ideas and introduce applicable family members, etc.

Filming
We: film your event (duration is based on your package)

Editing
We: backup your footage and begin editing (typically same day as your event)

Music
We: curate the best/diverse music options and license to match your usage

Initial Proof
We: provide the initial film proof via cloud service (i.e. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) in approximately 7-10 business days after event date.

Feedback/Approve
You: review the proof(s) and provide feedback/approval

Download File(s)
We: send the next/final file(s) in 3 business days via your preferred cloud service (i.e. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc)

Tips
We: provide helpful tips/guides if you are uploading to social media
